Which plan do I need?
Starter if you want a website people can find and trust. Plus if you book jobs and want the phone answered when you cannot pick up. Pro if the phone and the texts are most of your day. You can switch any time from Billing, and you only ever pay the difference.
What happens after the free two weeks?
Your website stays online exactly as it is. Nothing goes dark. Changes, publishing, the booking pages, the chat and the rest wait for a plan.
What counts as a change?
One message to the builder. A big one that rewrites most of your website counts as more, and the message says so. Looking, publishing, bookings, payments and reviews never use a change.
What if I need more changes?
Top-ups, for anyone: 25 changes for $10, or 100 for $30. They are good for a year and work on any of your websites.
What does a year cost?
Ten months. Pay for the year and the last two are free: $270 for Starter, $470 for Plus, $970 for Pro. Your changes land month by month, the same as on a monthly plan.
What about calls past the minutes?
Twenty cents a minute, on the next bill. Most owners never get there.
Where does the money go?
To your own bank account, through Stripe. Sitebase adds 2% to Stripe’s card fee on payments and nothing else.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing, in one click. Your website stays online as it was. A plan is only what keeps the changes and the extras coming.
Does the price ever go up on me?
No. The price you sign up at is the price you keep, for as long as you keep the plan.
